Old Business:

1.       Contact numbers:  Passed for updates.

2.       Committee reports:

a.       Radio:  Lifeline will be getting a message from Nancy Crowley.  Ambulances are now required to document their loaded mileage.  So they will give out a starting mileage of 0.0 and then their ending mileage at the receiving hospital.  We need to wait for dispatch to acknowledge us to be sure they have our numbers.  Discussion on dispatch marking the first portable on scene for EMS providers and then the ambulance or vehicle on scene as both times are needed for quality assurance and legal issues.  We will follow up with dispatch at a meeting and send a letter that we need both times captured.  St. Nazianz made the motion to send the letter and second from Kellnersville.  Important items to include would be the QA times and state requirements.  Todd Blaser to take this to the dispatch meeting.

b.       Medical Director:  Nothing now.

c.       Protocols:  Committee continues to work.  Discussion on agencies having the whole “big protocol book” vs. just what is pertinent to their agency.
